How S R Dental got found in Kollam.

A 2-chair specialty practice run by Dr. Sajeev had no web presence at all. We shipped the page, the SEO, and a WhatsApp lane that actually gets answered — and made the clinic discoverable on Google.

Clinic Websites

For dentists in the same boat

Sound familiar?

S R Dental's situation isn't unusual. Hundreds of Indian dental clinics run great practices but live entirely on word-of-mouth — patients can't find them online, enquiries drop into personal WhatsApp threads, and there's nothing to share when someone asks for a website.

Before
  • No web presence — the clinic was effectively invisible to anyone who didn't already know them.
  • New patients searching for a dentist in Kollam couldn't find the practice on Google.
  • WhatsApp enquiries kept landing in personal chats, with no clear lane the front desk could monitor.
  • Nothing to share when someone asked, 'do you have a website?'
After Shipped in weeks, not months
  • Live and indexed on Google — discoverable for local search intent in Kollam.
  • WhatsApp lane that doesn't drop enquiries into family chat threads.
  • A page Dr. Sajeev's team can confidently share when patients ask for one.
  • Foundation in place to compound SEO over the coming months.

What we shipped

Everything they needed, in one connected build.

Not a template. Not a generic "agency package." A focused build that addressed each gap above — and that the front desk can actually use without a manual.

  • 01

    A clinic website

Single, fast page covering services, doctors, location, and timings — the things people actually search before they call.

  • 02

    Local SEO, done right

Structured data for the practice and doctors, canonical URLs, sitemap submitted, OG cards for sharing.

  • 03

    WhatsApp as the CTA

Every enquiry routes into one thread the front desk monitors, with prefilled message templates for context.

  • 04

    Hosting handled

DNS, SSL, hosting — set up and managed. No plugins to update, no theme to babysit.

Inside the build

What it actually looks like.

A few pages from the live site. No staged mockups — these are the screens patients see when they land on srdentalkollam.com.

The outcome

Live first web presence, indexed on Google.

For a 2-chair practice in Kollam, that's the difference between being invisible online and being part of the conversation when someone searches "dentist near me."

The full story

How it actually went down.

No marketing copy, no agency speak. Just what the brief looked like, what we shipped, and what we honestly think happens next.

S R Dental Specialty Centre is a 2-chair practice in Kollam, Kerala, run by Dr. Sajeev with a team of 3–4 doctors covering both general dentistry and specialty work. For years, new patients found them the way most Indian clinics get found — word of mouth and the signboard.

That worked. Until it didn’t.

When patients moved to the area, they searched on Google. When relatives recommended the clinic, they Googled the name to confirm. When someone asked for a website link to share, there wasn’t one. The practice had a great reputation but no digital surface — and that gap was costing them new patients every month.

We met Dr. Sajeev with a simple brief: be findable, and give people one clean way to reach the clinic.

What landed: a fast, single-page site shaped around two outcomes — getting indexed for “dentist in Kollam” search intent, and routing every “where are you / are you open / can I book” question into a single WhatsApp thread the front desk actually monitors. Local SEO was done properly — structured data for the practice and doctors, canonical URLs, OG cards for sharing, sitemap submitted to Google. Hosting and DNS were configured for them, so there’s nothing to update or babysit on their end.

It’s too early for hard numbers — the SEO compound is still in its first weeks. What we can say honestly: the clinic now has a discoverable web presence, a WhatsApp lane that doesn’t drop enquiries, and a page they can confidently share. We’ll update this study with real numbers once a few months of search data lands.

Once the search data is in, we’ll look at which queries are actually bringing patients in and tighten the page around them. If volume justifies it, the natural next step is moving the front-desk side of things onto DentalOS so WhatsApp enquiries flow into a real patient timeline instead of staying in a chat thread.
