S R Dental Specialty Centre is a 2-chair practice in Kollam, Kerala, run by Dr. Sajeev with a team of 3–4 doctors covering both general dentistry and specialty work. For years, new patients found them the way most Indian clinics get found — word of mouth and the signboard.
That worked. Until it didn’t.
When patients moved to the area, they searched on Google. When relatives recommended the clinic, they Googled the name to confirm. When someone asked for a website link to share, there wasn’t one. The practice had a great reputation but no digital surface — and that gap was costing them new patients every month.
We met Dr. Sajeev with a simple brief: be findable, and give people one clean way to reach the clinic.
What landed: a fast, single-page site shaped around two outcomes — getting indexed for “dentist in Kollam” search intent, and routing every “where are you / are you open / can I book” question into a single WhatsApp thread the front desk actually monitors. Local SEO was done properly — structured data for the practice and doctors, canonical URLs, OG cards for sharing, sitemap submitted to Google. Hosting and DNS were configured for them, so there’s nothing to update or babysit on their end.
It’s too early for hard numbers — the SEO compound is still in its first weeks. What we can say honestly: the clinic now has a discoverable web presence, a WhatsApp lane that doesn’t drop enquiries, and a page they can confidently share. We’ll update this study with real numbers once a few months of search data lands.
Once the search data is in, we’ll look at which queries are actually bringing patients in and tighten the page around them. If volume justifies it, the natural next step is moving the front-desk side of things onto DentalOS so WhatsApp enquiries flow into a real patient timeline instead of staying in a chat thread.
